RETURN

 

You can return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Mystery clothing items

  • Intimate clothing (underwear, swimwear)


EXCHANGES

 

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can do so within 14 days of purchase.

How to Exchange:

  • Returns Portal: Create a return and select an exchange, including your preferred size for the item(s).

  • Return the Original Item: Follow the instructions provided through our returns process.

  • Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new item to you.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please state the issue(s) on your return through our returns process, and we will handle it from there.
